Exchange / Return
- Only one exchange is permitted, after which the product(s) cannot be further returned / exchanged.
- Only one exchange / return request can be submitted per order.
- Request must be raised within 15 days from the date of delivery.
- Product(s) must be unused, unworn and unwashed with tags & packaging intact.
- The decision of the quality check personnel will be final in determining the acceptability of products for exchanges and returns.
- You will receive email notifications throughout the process.
- In case of exchange, product(s) will be shipped using standard shipping after pickup is successfully completed, subject to quality check.
- For returns, the refund will be initiated within 48 working of successful quality check.

Reverse Logistics
- Reverse pickup is subject to serviceability by our logistics partner, and shall be initiated from the shipping address in the order only.
- Our logistics partner will attempt pickup in 24-48 working hours.
- There will be a maximum of 3 attempts for reverse pickup. Rescheduling, unavailability or not answering the phone during pickup counts as an attempt.
- If pickup is unsuccessful after 3 attempts, you will need to ship the return products to us at your expense.
- The quality check report of our logistics partner will be final for exchange/return.
- Kindly ensure that pickup is being handed over only to the assigned pickup executive whose details are mentioned in the SMS / tracking link sent. Please obtain an acknowledgement slip or logistic executive details / photograph as a proof of pickup in the unlikely event of a misplaced pickup. We will not be liable for a refund / exchange in the absence of proof of pickup or if the product was handed over to an executive other than the one assigned.
- In case doorstep quality check is not available for your pickup location, the exchange / refund will be processed only after successful quality check after arriving at our warehouse.
Self Shipping
- In case of non-serviceability, the products will need to be shipped to us at your expense.
- We will get in touch with you regarding the shipping instructions.
- Please ensure the products are unused and unwashed with all the tags and packaging intact. No refund will be issued if products appear used or are sent without tags. We shall not be liable to return the products in such case.
- Please make sure to use a reliable logistics service that has tracking.
- We shall not be liable for exchange/refund in case the package is lost or undelivered.
