Terms & Conditions

Payments will be refunded in accordance with these terms and conditions

  1. For payments made online, the amount will be refunded to the same method.
  2. For COD payments, refunds will be made to a bank account indicated by you. After successful pickup of the returned product, we will send you an email and SMS with a link to fill out your bank information. Refund will appear as “ARK BLUEPRINT ENTERPRISES PVT LTD” in your bank account.
  3. Refund will be initiated 24-48 hours after the product is received by us (which takes 4-7 days), subject to quality check. There will be no refund for used or washed products and/or products whose tags have been detached or damaged.
  4. Refunds can take up to 4-7 working days to reflect in your payment method / bank account. To verify credit, kindly check your bank statement. Transaction SMS sent by banks are not reliable as they can fail due to network delays and timeouts.
  5. In case of a return of one product from a combo of two or more products, the refund issued will be a prorated cost of the combo, irrespective of the independent price of the products in the combo.
  6. If your refund has not been credited after 10 working days from the date it was initiated, please send an email to wecare@nordlich.com with your order number, so we can check.
  7. Only actual payment(s) made are liable to be refunded. In cases where discounts are applied, the actual paid value only shall be refunded.
  8. If you return only one product from a bundle, you will only receive a pro-rated refund of the total cost of the bundle, irrespective of the cost of the individual product(s) returned.
  9. Express shipping charges will not be refunded, in case of a return.
