We will accept a return or one exchange on all our products. However, they must fulfil the following conditions:

  • Request must be raised within 15 days from the date of delivery
  • Product(s) must be unused, unworn and unwashed with tags & packaging intact*

When your package arrives, please make sure it is not damaged or defective. Notification of damaged products must be made within 24 hours of receiving them. If you received an incorrect or damaged item, we will replace it at no charge to you.

*The decision of the quality check personnel will be final in determining the acceptability of products for exchanges and returns.

How do I initiate a return?

It’s easy.

  1. Sign in to My Account.
  2. Under the Orders tab, select the order to exchange/return
  3. Scroll to Exchange/Return, and click the button to raise a request
  4. A separate request must be raised for each product

Terms & Conditions:

  • Once we confirm you request, you will receive an Email/SMS
  • Our logistics partner will attempt pickup in 24-48 working hours.
  • Only one exchange is permitted, after which the product(s) cannot be returned / exchanged.
  • There will be a maximum of 3 attempts for reverse pickup. Rescheduling, unavailability or not answering the phone during pickup counts as an attempt.
  • If pickup is unsuccessful after 3 attempts, you will need to ship the return products to us at your expense.
  • We offer reverse pickup from the shipping address in your order. If you require pickup from a different address, it is subject to serviceability by our logistics partner. If the address is not serviceable, you will need to ship the product to us at your expense.
  • In case of exchange, product(s) will be shipped using standard shipping after pickup is successfully completed, subject to quality check.
  • For returns, the refund will be initiated in 48 working hours after pickup is successfully completed, subject to quality check.
  • The quality check report of our logistics partner will be final for exchange/return.
