We will accept a return or one-time exchange on all our products subject to satisfactory fulfillment of the below two criteria, and subject to the terms and conditions on this page.
- Request must be raised within 15 days from the date of delivery
- Product(s) must be unused, unworn and unwashed with tags & packaging intact*
*The decision of the quality check personnel will be final in determining the acceptability of products for exchanges and returns.
How to initiate an exchange or return?
Four quick and easy steps.
Sign in to My Account
Go to the Orders tab
Click Exchange/Return against the order
Select product(s) and submit request
Terms & Conditions for exchange / return
These will govern all requests
- Only one exchange is permitted, after which the product(s) cannot be returned / exchanged.
- Once we confirm you request, you will receive an Email/SMS
- Reverse pickup is subject to serviceability, and shall be from the shipping address in your order only.
- Our logistics partner will attempt pickup in 24-48 working hours.
- There will be a maximum of 3 attempts for reverse pickup. Rescheduling, unavailability or not answering the phone during pickup counts as an attempt.
- If pickup is unsuccessful after 3 attempts, you will need to ship the return products to us at your expense.
- The quality check report of our logistics partner will be final for exchange/return.
- In case of non-serviceability, you will need to ship the products to us at your expense.
- We will get in touch with you regarding the shipping instructions.
- Please ensure the products are unused and unwashed with all the tags and packaging intact.
- Please make sure to use a reliable logistics service that has tracking.
- We shall not be liable for exchange/refund in case of lost packages.
- In case of exchange, product(s) will be shipped using standard shipping after pickup is successfully completed, subject to quality check.
- For returns, the refund will be initiated in 48 working hours after pickup is successfully completed, subject to quality check.
