Reverse pickup is subject to serviceability, and shall be from the shipping address in your order only.
Our logistics partner will attempt pickup in 24-48 working hours.
There will be a maximum of 3 attempts for reverse pickup. Rescheduling, unavailability or not answering the phone during pickup counts as an attempt.
If pickup is unsuccessful after 3 attempts, you will need to ship the return products to us at your expense.
The quality check report of our logistics partner will be final for exchange/return.
In case of non-serviceability, you will need to ship the products to us at your expense.
We will get in touch with you regarding the shipping instructions.
Please ensure the products are unused and unwashed with all the tags and packaging intact. No refund will be issued if products appear used or are sent without tags. We shall not be liable to return the products in such case.
